Founded in 2014 by Cleveland guitarist and lifelong foodie Billy Morris, Smokin’ Rock n’ Roll brings the soul of the stage to the streets—with bold BBQ, premium ice cream, and full-throttle flavor that’s pure Cleveland rock.
After years of touring with platinum-selling bands like Warrant and Quiet Riot, Billy traded backstage concert venues for the smoker—and brought his rock 'n roll spirit into every rack of ribs and tray of mac.
What started as a food truck has grown into a movement—produdly serving over 60 first responder stations across northeast Ohio (and still counting), feeding festival crowds, and even landing on Netflix’s “Fresh, Fried & Crispy,” filmed at the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.
Whether you’re grabbing a take-out meal, booking catering, or bringing both trailers to your next event, SRNR delivers a one-of-a-kind combo of fire, flavor, and fun.
